Diri pays unscheduled visit state NYSC orientation camp

The executive governor of Bayelsa state, Senator Douye Diri, paid an unscheduled visit to the NYSC orientation camp, Kaiama, Bayelsa state, in the company of top government functionaries, a statement from the office of the NYSC Director-General, Brig-General Shuaibu Ibrahim, disclosed Saturday.
Welcoming the corps members to the state, Diri commended the tireless efforts of the scheme in ensuring national unity and integration.
He informed the camp participants that “the next orientation exercise will hold at the permanent orientation camp, located at Boro town”.
The state coordinator, Mrs Ojugo Elizabeth Iyowuna, led all camp officials and corps members to receive the governor.
Gov Diri also inspected facilities at the camp and directed speedy completion of work before the next orientation course.
