According to a release signed by Press Secretary to Sokoto State Government, Abubakar Bawa, on Monday, the governor’s recent call for collective support against banditry during a Sallah homage to the Sultan of Sokoto, Muhammad Sa’ad Abubakar III, further underscores his dedication to ensuring a safe and prosperous Sokoto state.
The challenges faced by the people of Sokoto State are numerous and complex, but Aliyu’s proactive leadership and commitment reveal a pathway towards overcoming these obstacles.
The raging banditry and insecurity afflicting various regions of Nigeria have left many communities in despair.
