Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) says it will effect the
Supreme Court ruling on Bayelsa governorship election once it is served with
the certified true copy of the judgment.

Mr Festus Okoye, said this in an interview with the News Agency of Nigeria
(NAN) on Thursday in Abuja.
