ADVERTORIAL
1. After careful scrutiny of our Party National Calendar, the committee discovered that there is no feasible date to choose in December, 2022 and the vanishing November, 2022 is out of it, so a nearest date of the conference to remain 3rd January, 2023.
2. The Paper Presenters are adjudged suitable for the occasion and to remain as such.
3. The Venue and Logistics Committee has gone in search of a suitable Venue for the occasion
4. The Theme/ Topic of the Lecture to read; “THE MUSLIM-MUSLIM TICKET: A MERE POLITICAL STRATEGY DEVOID OF RELIGIOUS BIGOTRY “
5. The population of 300 pple is ok
6. The target list of Dignitaries will be invited

ACTION PLANS :
1) Steps towards the opening of a FOPAMEC Bank Account to start.
2) National Executive Members to intensify efforts in contributing their #5,000.00 each as this is the first line
of Revenue Generation for the Forum as of now.
(3) Compilation of a Handbook for our FORUM should start now, using all necessary data, history and documentary evidence. Such will be attached to our outgoing Requests for Visitation Letters to any important Dignitaries.
(4) For record and action purposes, FOPAMEC State Executive Members have been directed to forward their numerical strength and data to the National Secretariat without further delay.
