Minister
of education, Mallam Adamu Adamu Tuesday directed the Teachers Registration
Council of Nigeria (TRCN) to sack unqualified teachers across the country.

400 newly graduated teachers trained by the University of Jos.

registrar of TRCN, Professor Josiah Ajiboye, who spoke for the minister, said,
“The Honourable Minister of Education, Mallam Adamu Adamu, has directed the
Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN) that after December 31, 2019,
all those teaching without the requisite qualification should be disengaged.

emphasised the need for teachers to acquire requisite qualification in their
