Super Falcons beat Morocco 3:2 to win 19th trophy

A cross-section of Nigerians on social media have hailed the Super Falcons for winning the 2024 Women’s Africa Cup of Nations, WAFCON.
Nigeria emerged champions after they defeated Morocco 3-2 in the WAFCON final at the Olympic Stadium in Rabat.
However, in the second half, three goals from Esther Okoronkwo, Folashade Ijamilusi and Jennifer Echegini ensured the Super Falcons defeated Morocco to lift their 10th WAFCON trophy.
