Taraba goes  agog as commissioner bags PhD,  son Master’s.

The. Commissioner  for  Social Justice  and Reintegration, Hon. Dr. Filister Irarimam Musa has organised a thanksgiving service to appreciate God  as she bags  doctoral degree while her son  Calvin Musa, obtained  Master’s degree from Cyprus  University, Turkey.

Expressing her gratitude to God for the blessings and opportunity to be appointed as commissioner  after undergoing a vigorous Studies and graduated in 2015 as a ph.D holder, from Moddibo Adama University of Technology, Yola, Adamawa State, her son who went to Cyprus University Turkey also bags his Master’s.

Delivering the thanksgiving sermon,  the resident pastor Reformed Church of Christ For Nations, (RCCN),  Rev. Dr. Luka Musa Amitseh said understanding gives favour and also create a good relationship with people that matter.

Rev. Musa who delivered his message from the book of Luke 17: 12  to 18 said believers should focus on Jesus, as no situation that Jesus can’t change.

Meanwhile,  The presiding Bishop of Crown of Life Bible Church House of David, Jalingo, Taraba State, Bishop Innocent Solomon, described thanksgiving as appreciating God and recognizing him as the source of strength for achievements and progress in life.

In the same vein, the acting Executive Secretary Taraba State Scholarship Board, Mr. Kurutsi Zakariah,  Amb. Peter Stephen Shenwun, the chairman Ussa LG, Taraba State, all applauded the commissioner for providing an encouragement among women.

The thanksgiving service which took place at Reformed Church of Christ For Nations (RCCN) Roadblock Jalingo Taraba State on May 15, 2024, attracted well meaning Nigerians who graced the occasion.
