The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has released the results of the 2026 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) Mock conducted on Saturday, 28 March 2026.
JAMB announced that candidates who participated in the mock examination can check their results by sending MOCKRESULT via SMS to 55019 or 66019, using the same phone number used during registration for the 2026 UTME.
According to the Board, a total of 224,597 candidates registered for the mock examination, while 152,586 candidates successfully sat for the test across 989 Computer-Based Test (CBT) centres nationwide.
The Board also disclosed that more than 20 CBT centres that experienced technical challenges during the exercise have been delisted due to technical inadequacies.
JAMB warned candidates to be cautious of fraudulent individuals or groups, especially on WhatsApp and other social media platforms, who claim they can help inflate examination scores.
The Board described such claims as false and criminal, stressing that any candidate found engaging in such activities will have their registration cancelled. It added that where such infractions are discovered after the examination, the candidate’s result may be withheld or withdrawn.
The Board further reminded candidates that the main UTME examination is scheduled to commence on Thursday 16 April 2026.
